Why we invest in our team?

Early years is a career built on care, patience, skill and passion. At Toddletown, we recognise that dedication.

From professional development and qualifications to team nights out and recognition awards, the leadership team are committed to building a culture where people feel appreciated, connected and proud of the work they do.

Hear what our team have to say about working at Toddletown Farnham:

Jess

Acting Deputy & Senior Supervisor, Maple Square

I work closely with the children while supporting our fantastic team of practitioners. I enjoy mentoring staff, offering guidance throughout the day, and helping to create a positive and supportive environment where both children and colleagues can flourish.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is building strong relationships with both our children and our team. Watching children grow in confidence while supporting colleagues in their own professional development makes every day fulfilling, and I’m proud to be part of the Toddletown family.

Sophie

Third in Charge, Puddle Lane

What I love most about Toddletown is that it genuinely feels like family. I’ve built wonderful relationships with the team, the children, and their families, and it is a privilege to be part of each child’s journey as they grow and develop.

I’m also incredibly grateful for the support I’ve received from our management team. Harrison and Jess have played a huge part in helping me build my confidence and continue developing as a leader. Toddletown has given me so many opportunities, and I’m proud to be part of such a caring, supportive, and dedicated team.

Felicity

Supervisor, Buttercup Close

I joined Toddletown in June as Supervisor of Buttercup Close, our younger baby room. I love working with babies because of the special relationships you build with both the children and their families. It’s a privilege to support them through so many important milestones during their earliest years.

From my very first day, I was made to feel welcome by the whole team. Everyone is incredibly friendly and supportive, making Toddletown a wonderful place to work and grow professionally.

Abi

Supervisor, Willow Way

Joining Toddletown was an easy decision because it gave me the opportunity to continue working with Harrison. I really value his leadership style and the way he supports the team with trust, encouragement, and a genuine commitment to both the children and the staff. It creates a positive environment where everyone feels empowered to grow and succeed.

Being part of Toddletown means working alongside an inspiring team that shares these values, and I’m proud to contribute to such a caring and supportive nursery.

Bayleigh

Deputy Supervisor

Shortly after qualifying, I was offered the opportunity to become Deputy Supervisor across our two baby rooms, which has been a fantastic step forward in my career. I enjoy supporting both the children and the team while continuing to develop my own knowledge and leadership skills.

Life at Toddletown is full of positivity and enthusiasm. We have an amazing team who work together every day to provide the very best care and learning experiences for our children.

Natalie

Supervisor, Daisy Row

Returning to Toddletown as Supervisor of Daisy Row has been incredibly rewarding, allowing me to continue doing what I love while progressing in my career.

Toddletown has given me fantastic opportunities for professional development, and the support from the management team has been incredible. I’m proud to be part of a nursery that truly invests in its staff as well as its children.

After four months with us, we said goodbye to the wonderful Holly as she returned to Bristol for her next role within Happy Days.

Holly brought positivity, commitment and genuine care to both children and colleagues. During her time at Toddletown Farnham, she developed her skills, supported day to day operations and made a lasting impact.

As a thank you, manager Harrison surprised her with a trip to see Wicked at the theatre, a well deserved celebration of everything she contributed.
