Urvashi - Director, Regulation and Compliance

A highly qualified Early Years practitioner (Early Years, BA), focuses on ensuring our nurseries maintain the highest standards.

Prior to acquiring Toddletown in Godalming, located at The Old Gospel Hall, Urvashi and Eamonn built a nursery business from scratch in Chiswick, West London. The quality of this setting was recognised by an Outstanding rating from Ofsted.

According to Ofsted, Urvashi is a well-qualified and experienced manager who constantly evaluates practice and seeks views of others to identify areas to further enhance the setting. Led by Urvashi, the staff work extremely closely with parents and other professionals to ensure that all children achieve the best possible outcome. 

Our ethos is to develop a culture of continuous improvement, investing in our staff and creating a happy, well qualified and motivated team. This in turn creates a happy environment, where your child can grow and develop. We know if our children are happy, our parents will be happy too.

Eamonn - Director, Chair & Operations

Eamonn is experienced at growing and managing businesses across a range of disciplines. He spent over 30 years in the financial services sector, where his experience included building businesses from scratch and being a board level Director for a number of firms in the sector.

Eamonn now uses his experience to build and acquire businesses of his own and to offer consultancy support to others doing the same. His primary focus now is in the two sectors which interest him the most: the bloodstock and horse-racing industry and, of course, nurseries.

John - Director, Quality & Innovation

John boasts a Masters in Early Childhood Education and in both 2019 and 2016 was voted as one of the Top Ten most influential people in childcare by Nursery Management Today. John brings his expertise from 30 years in the sector to the quality of teaching and care at Toddletown. His continued inspiration and innovation will be ever present at the new nursery in Godalming.

Sophie - Director, HR & Marketing

Sophie is an experienced, Chartered CIPD qualified HR professional with extensive experience in the early years sector. After leading the HR team for a group of 16 nurseries in the South East, Sophie brings her expertise and inspiration to the team in Godalming. From recruitment to compliance, Sophie works closely with the Nursery Manager to make sure the team provide the very best for the families using our nursery.
