Toddletown Management Pottery Night
Our management team at Farnham recently enjoyed a pottery painting evening, a chance to step away from the day to day and spend quality time together.
There was creativity, plenty of laughter and some impressive artistic skills on display. More importantly, it was an opportunity to connect, reflect and strengthen the supportive culture that sits at the heart of Toddletown Farnham.
Strong leadership starts with strong relationships and evenings like this help us build exactly that.

In January, the ToddleTown Farnham team enjoyed a well-deserved staff meal — a simple but meaningful pick-me-up after a busy start to the year.
Taking time to sit down together, share food and catch up outside of the nursery is so important. It strengthens relationships, boosts morale and reminds us that great teamwork doesn’t just happen in the rooms — it’s built through connection and appreciation too.
At ToddleTown Farnham, looking after our team matters just as much as looking after our children.

A Special Thank You to Holly
After four months with us, we said goodbye to the wonderful Holly as she returned to Bristol for her next role within Happy Days.
Holly brought positivity, commitment and genuine care to both children and colleagues. During her time at Toddletown Farnham, she developed her skills, supported day to day operations and made a lasting impact.
As a thank you, manager Harrison surprised her with a trip to see Wicked at the theatre, a well deserved celebration of everything she contributed.

Team Night at the Ice Hockey
The Farnham team swapped nursery slippers for stadium seats as we headed to cheer on the Flames Ice Hockey team.
It was an evening full of energy, laughter and team spirit and we think we may have found a new shared hobby!
Creating time to enjoy experiences together outside of work helps us stay motivated and aligned as a team.

Staff Meeting: Supporting Every Stage of Development
Our recent staff meeting focused on collaboration and shared expertise.
Teams worked together to create informative posters on key development milestones across the Farnham nursery:
- Buttercup Close & Puddle Land explored weaning and how we support this important transition.
- Daisy Row & Willow Way focused on potty training and how we guide both children and parents with confidence and clarity.
- Maple Square examined school readiness and preparing children for their next big step.
Professional development is not just about qualifications, it’s about ongoing learning, discussion and teamwork.
